All Aboard!!!

The Walla Walla Downtown Lions meet in a restored train station called the Depot. Jacobi's restaurant has a rail car out back where Lions Yancey, Al, Bill and Oliver and others meet twice month.

The rail car was empty when I hauled my    screen, projector, sound and computer into its ornate wood paneled length. By the time I turned up the sound there were 8 Lions and 13 guests ready for the show & some lunch.

Five minutes of Serving Generations has to do  with the causes and projects Lions from our District commonly support. After the 13 minute show concluded, Lions and guests generously made contributions to our 4 in1 container labeled Dogs, LCI, White Cane and CARE. It is tradition that Governors pass the "Dog Bowl" when they visit. In an effort To Do Good Better we gave Lions the choice to donate to the projects that resonated within their hearts. The heart of every Lion that I know is big and generous. You Guys are Great!
